She did my hair and makeup for my wedding outside of Paris and was kind enough to come to my hotel and do a trial a few days before, as I was unable to visit France earlier in the year. She has such a calming presence and made the getting ready process relaxing on what was other a very busy day. I was thrilled with my bridal look, Jho exceeded all expectations I had. She uses high-end products, and her attention to detail really shows. She also did the hair and make-up for my mother, who was very nervous as she does not wear make-up daily. Jho did my hair and makeup for my wedding at Le Puy-en-Velay in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of south-central France last September. She was the first vendor I booked, and I certainly don't regret it. Communicating with her was super easy, which was incredibly helpful since I was arranging my wedding from another country. I also appreciated her effort to travel six hours by train to reach our wedding venue.

She understood the look I wanted for my big day and adjusted it to match my skin tone and hair type perfectly. Her calm and relaxing demeanor was a huge help in calming my nerves the day before the wedding and during the preparations for both the mairie and church ceremonies. She was also very amiable and got along well with my friends and other guests. It was wonderful having her there for my big day, and I would recommend her anytime!

Jho did an incredible job for my bridal hair and makeup as well as hair for our mothers and sisters. I wanted a natural look, and Jho struck the perfect balance of making me look elegant and glowing while also still feeling like myself. I am mixed Asian, and I feel very lucky to have found Jho who understood my features and exactly what I wanted - I got so many compliments on the day. Jho was super organized, extremely punctual, made us all feel very calm and comfortable, and was open to exploring different styles. We tried a few things during the trial a month before so I felt sure about the final beauty choices (fake vs natural lashes, etc), and she even did my mother's hair twice on the day without falling behind schedule when the original style my mother wanted didn't quite work with her hair. All of her products were very high quality, the makeup didn't feel heavy at all, it lasted for 15+ hours, and my face and hair felt really fresh the next day. Would 1000% recommend working with Jho!

I contacted Jho because of good reviews I had seen online of her work on Paris-based weddings. I booked her for two separate shoots- one in Paris and one out of town. Jho was an absolute pleasure to work with. Apart from working efficiently so that the shoots would run on time, she also made me feel beautiful with her hair and makeup work.
